Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. We ship Tuesday-Friday. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following week on Tuesday. Shipping times vary from 3-8 business days, however we are not responsible for any delays within the postal service. We ship our packages via United State Postal Service Ground Advantage or Priority Mail . Express Shipping is shipped Priority Mail through USPS and should be delivered in 2-3 business days depending on your location. Once the packages is dropped off at the Post Office or picked up by UPS, it is no longer in our possession, and the order or shipping address cannot be changed.

Any lost or damaged packages require a claim through the United States Postal Service. If you think your package has been stolen, please file a police report with your local police department. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
